Tiles Survive top-ups: keep the purchase tied to the right character
Where the character ID matters, what to compare on the offer and which details help if a completed purchase does not arrive.

Copy the character ID from the game
Open your character's profile and record the ID along with the name and server. FunPlus support responses on the official Google Play listing ask for a character ID when investigating account or delivery problems. Keep that record beside the purchase page.
The FunPlus Top-up Centre is one purchase route. Whichever supported route you use, compare the character details it displays before confirming. If you switched characters earlier in the session, return to the profile rather than relying on the last ID you copied.
Compare the item, not just the price
Read the package's contents and quantity. A speed-up bundle and a currency bundle are not interchangeable, even if the price is similar. If your building is waiting for materials, reducing its timer will not by itself supply the missing materials.
Use the final offer shown for your account when comparing purchases. A screenshot from someone else's account is useful for understanding what a package contains, but it may show a different event or platform offer.
If payment succeeds and nothing appears
Check the destination character again, then keep the order number, purchase time, item name and receipt together. Send those details through the store or the game's support channel. That gives support a specific order to trace; another payment would only create a second order to disentangle.
