Privacy policy
Policy overview
#1. Scope of Application and Responsible Parties
This Privacy Policy explains how HONG KONG LILE MUTUAL ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (Hong Kong Lile Mutual Entertainment Co., Ltd., company registration number 79947617, hereinafter referred to as “Yoveya” or “we”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data in the course of operating yoveya.com, related websites, accounts, customer service, and digital entertainment services.
This policy applies to visitors, registered users, purchasers, subscribers, customer service contacts, and other individuals who use Yoveya’s services. Third-party game publishers, top-up/activation providers, identity authentication providers, and payment service providers may process data as independent data controllers, and their respective policies shall also apply.
If you submit a recipient email address, game UID, server region, or other information on behalf of another person, you must ensure that you are authorized to provide such information to us and have informed the relevant individual about this policy.
#2. What personal data do we collect?
Please do not submit your full bank card number, CVV, account password, government-issued identification, or any other unnecessary sensitive information via comments, customer service, or standard forms. If verification is indeed required, we will explain the secure submission method, its purpose, and the retention arrangements.
#3. Sources of Information
-When you provide information directly: during registration, placing an order, filling in top-up details, adjusting your subscription, contacting customer service, requesting a refund, or leaving a review.
-Automatically generated: Logs, device records, and transaction records generated when you visit the website, log in, complete an order, or interact with the security system.
-Login providers: such as Google, Microsoft, LINE, Facebook, TikTok, or other enabled providers, which provide account identifiers, email addresses, nicknames, or profile pictures within the scope of your authorization.
-Payment channels: Provide us with feedback on payment status, transaction IDs, limited payment summaries, chargeback/refund outcomes, and risk signals.
-Product and Fulfillment Providers: Provide us with feedback on inventory, top-ups, activations, deliveries, cancellations, or failure outcomes.
-Other sources authorized by law or publicly available sources, as well as regulatory, law enforcement, or anti-fraud cooperation channels.
#4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time; such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred prior to the withdrawal. If the information is required to fulfill a contract or comply with legal obligations, refusing to provide it may prevent us from creating an account, processing payments, completing top-ups, activating subscriptions, or processing refunds.
#5. Payment, Top-up, and Subscription Materials
5.1 Payment Information
Payments made via bank card or e-wallet are typically processed directly by a third-party payment service provider. Yoveya does not store full card numbers or CVV codes; if you enable card storage or auto-renewal, we typically only store the token generated by the payment service provider and a limited card summary. Payment service providers may process data independently based on their legal obligations and risk management policies.
5.2 In-Game Direct Top-Up and Self-Service Activation
For direct UID top-ups, we will provide the corresponding supplier with the UID, server region, platform, region, item, and order ID required to fulfill the order. For redirects to third-party self-service top-up or subscription activation processes, the target platform may collect your login or authorization information directly. The Yoveya product page does not require you to provide your target game or subscription platform password; unless explicitly stated otherwise on the page, we will not collect such passwords.
5.3 Auto-Renewal
After you choose or retain auto-renewal and authorize payment, the payment service provider may use a payment token to process subsequent deductions. We will record the authorization status, reminders, payment attempt details, outcomes, and cancellation times to manage subscriptions and resolve disputes. Turning off auto-renewal generally does not affect the current paid period.
#6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, protect against cross-site request forgery, store language/currency/theme preferences, remember consent choices, secure the payment process, and monitor website performance. The specific categories and durations are subject to the website’s Cookie Policy and the consent management interface.
-Strictly necessary: login, session management, security, load balancing, billing, and consent logging; some services will be unavailable after rejection.
-Functional preferences: Remember language, currency, theme, and interface settings.
-Analytics and Performance: With your consent, where required by law, to understand access, failures, and performance.
-Marketing: Used only when enabled and with the required consent, for measuring campaign performance or delivering relevant promotions.
You can change your choices through cookie settings or browser settings. Deleting cookies may log you out or reset your preferences.
#7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We will not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If in the future we launch activities that may be regarded as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising in certain regions, we will first update our notice and provide an applicable opt-out mechanism.
#8. Cross-Border Transfer
Yoveya serves cross-border users, and its service providers and suppliers may be located in Hong Kong or outside your region. Therefore, data may be transferred to countries or regions that apply different data protection standards. We will implement appropriate safeguards based on the nature of the data and applicable laws, including supplier due diligence, data processing clauses, access restrictions, encryption, data minimization, and the use of standard contractual clauses where applicable.
For certain top-ups, you must provide your UID, server information, and other relevant details to the supplier in the applicable region. If you refuse to provide this required information, we may be unable to process your order.
#9. Data Retention
We set retention periods based on purpose, risk, and legal requirements, and upon expiration, we will delete, de-identify, or restrict the use of the data. The general baseline is as follows:
Data in backups will be progressively overwritten during the backup rotation cycle, and the deletion rules will continue to apply during restoration. In the event of investigations, litigation, chargebacks, fraud, or regulatory preservation requests, we may suspend the deletion of relevant records.
#10. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical measures commensurate with the associated risks, including access controls, least privilege, encrypted transmission, session and CSRF protection, audit logging, key/token management, backups, monitoring, and vendor management. No internet transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
You should safeguard your login provider account, email, and devices, and avoid sharing verification codes, payment receipts, or top-up links. If you detect any unauthorized accounts or transaction activity, please contact us immediately. In the event of a data security incident that may affect you, we will assess and handle it in accordance with applicable laws and, where required, notify you and the competent authorities.
#11. Marketing and Essential Notifications
Order, payment, top-up, subscription, refund, customer service, and security notifications are necessary for the provision of services and generally cannot be disabled. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, event notifications, or personalized recommendations by using the unsubscribe link in the message, adjusting your account preferences, or contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect essential service notifications.
Unless we obtain the necessary consent, we will not use email addresses provided by third-party login providers (such as LINE) for marketing purposes.
#12. Your Rights and Choices
Under the laws of your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to some or all of the following rights:
-To learn how we process personal data, and to request access to or a copy of your personal data.

We will respond within the time limits prescribed by applicable law; manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive requests may be refused or subject to a reasonable fee as permitted by law.
#13. Account Deletion
You can apply to close your account in the account settings. To prevent incomplete transactions or the loss of rights and interests, when there are pending payments, pending activations, orders in progress, refunds, chargebacks, or active auto-renewals, the system may require you to first complete or close these related matters. Upon completion of the account closure, we will terminate active sessions and delete or de-identify your general account identity information.
Order, financial, tax, refund, audit, anti-fraud, or dispute-related records that are required by law to be retained will not be immediately deleted upon account closure; however, their use and access will be restricted. Your accounts and profiles with third-party game, subscription, payment, or login providers will not be automatically deleted when you close your Yoveya account; please manage them directly with the respective providers.
#14. Minors
Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users who have not reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction must use the services and make payments with the consent and under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. If you believe that a child has provided us with information without proper authorization, please contact us, and we will investigate and take appropriate measures to delete or restrict such information.
#15. Third-Party Services
The website may link to or redirect you to third-party games, publishers, activation services, login platforms, payment systems, or social networking services. Third parties independently determine their data processing practices, and Yoveya does not control their policies. Before submitting your information or granting authorization, please read the privacy notice and security tips on the target page.
#16. Policy Update
We may update this policy due to changes in our services, suppliers, or legal and regulatory requirements. The new version will be published on the website, with the date of the last update clearly indicated. Any dispute, controversy, claim, or difference arising out of or in connection with these terms, including their formation, breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
