Terms of Service
Policy overview
1. Accept the terms and contract parties
These Terms of Service are legally binding agreements between you and HONG KONG LILE MUTUAL ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (Company Registration Number 79947617, hereinafter referred to as "Yoveya" or "we"), applicable to your access to yoveya.com, account creation, ordering, direct game top-up, subscription, customer service, and related services.
By registering an account, clicking agree, submitting an order, authorizing payment, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, special instructions on the product page, and the price, region, delivery, and refund conditions displayed at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not use the service or place an order.
Product pages, settlement pages, promotional or regional supplemental terms may provide more specific provisions for specific transactions; In case of conflicts, priority is given to the more specific and non-compliant provisions of mandatory laws.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You should reach the legal age of full contracting capacity in your location; If the payment is not met, parents or legal guardians must agree, supervise, and be responsible for payment. The service is not available to children under 13 years old.
- You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date account, contact, payment, and fulfillment information, and must not impersonate others or use payment methods.
- You should protect the security of your login provider account, email, device, and session. Orders submitted through your account are generally considered authorized by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorized use.
- Each user should use their accounts reasonably and must not bulk register, transfer, sell, rent, or share accounts to circumvent restrictions.
- If you discover your account has been hacked, engaged in abnormal transactions, or received incorrect contact information, you should immediately contact us through customer service and cooperate with verification.
3. Platform and third-party roles
Yoveya provides digital entertainment product display, collection, order management, top-up/activation coordination, and after-sales service. Specific merchandise may be sold by Yoveya or provided by game publishers, digital content providers, or top-up/activation providers. The product page or payment page will specify the supply method when needed.
Third-party games, applications, subscriptions, payments, and login services are controlled by the respective providers, and their licenses, regions, ages, devices, accounts, security, and terms of use all apply. Unless explicitly stated, Yoveya has no agency, sponsorship, or affiliation with the relevant trademark owners.
4. Product information, order placement, and contract establishment
- You select the product, specifications, quantity, top-up/activation method, and fill in the required information.
- The settlement page displays product prices, currencies, fees, estimated deliveries, regional restrictions, auto-renewal information (if any), and total payable.
- You submit the order and authorize payment, constituting an offer to buy. Automatic confirmation of receipt or "pending payment" status does not mean we have accepted the order.
- The order contract is established when payment is confirmed and we begin fulfillment, send delivery confirmation, or mark the order as processed/completed.
- If an order cannot be accepted due to inventory, region, price, compliance, risk control, or supplier reasons, we may refuse or cancel the order with reasonable notice and refund any received but unfulfilled payments.
We strive to ensure product information is accurate, but game publishers and suppliers may adjust names, content, denominations, regions, rules, or availability. Obvious pricing or misdescription does not bind us; If this is discovered before fulfillment, we will ask you to confirm the correction or cancellation of the refund. If fulfilled, the matter will be resolved according to applicable laws and the principle of fair treatment.
5. Direct game recharge and self-service activation
5.1 UID Direct Charging
You must verify the game name, UID/player ID, region, platform, region, tier, and quantity before payment. Recharges are usually irreversible; If you have topped up to the wrong account, server, or region due to incorrect, expired, incomplete, or non-your-owned information, we generally cannot revoke or refund it to the extent permitted by law.
5.2 Third-party self-service top-up or subscription activation
After payment, you may need to redirect to a third-party page to log in or authorize the target account. You should check the domain name and page prompts, and enter the proof directly on a third-party page. Yoveya's product page does not require your game or subscription platform password. If you exit midway, you can use "Continue Top-up/Continue Activation" as long as the order is still allowed; Supplier tasks that have already started may not be canceled.
5.3 Authorization and Compliant Use
You confirm your right to deposit or activate the entered account, and that the transaction does not violate game publisher rules, regional restrictions, payment authorizations, or applicable laws. Bans, recalls, or losses caused by unauthorized account holder authorization or violation of third-party rules shall be borne by the responsible party; However, Yoveya's own mistakes or legal liability are not excluded.
6. Price, currency, taxes, and payments
- The final price is based on the product price, discounts, handling fees, taxes, and total payable shown on the settlement page at the time of order submission.
- The displayed currency may differ from the settlement currency used in the payment account. Issuers, wallets, or payment service providers can use their exchange rates and charge cross-border, currency exchange, or other fees.
- You authorize your chosen payment service provider to collect the total order amount from your specified payment method, and to retain the payment token or process subsequent renewals where applicable.
- Payments may fail, be delayed, or revoked due to balance, authorization, risk control, region, limit, or compliance reasons. If the payment shows "Processing," please do not submit multiple times. Check the order status first or contact customer service.
- We can verify the right to use payment methods and request limited proof when reasonably necessary. Complete card numbers or CVVs must not be sent.
7. Digital delivery and order verification
Delivery methods include direct top-up, third-party self-service top-ups, subscription activation, or other digital fulfillments described on product pages. The estimated time is a reasonable estimate and does not constitute an absolute guarantee; Delays may occur in payment channels, publishers, suppliers, networks, regions, maintenance, or security reviews.
Once the order is marked as complete, please log in to the target account promptly to verify the product, quantity, and expiration date, and save the order number, payment records, and necessary screenshots. If the payment does not arrive, there are duplicate charges, or delivery errors, you should contact us as soon as possible, usually within 7 days of discovery; This period does not shorten the longer period granted by applicable law.
8. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
8.1 Subscription Period
Subscription plans, start and end times, benefits, regions, activation methods, and prices are subject to product page and order confirmation displays. Third-party platforms may adjust their service content or rules; If the changes materially affect the purchased rights, we will assist in handling them according to applicable laws and feasible plans.
8.2 Autorenewal Authorization
Auto-renewal only takes effect after the purchase page clearly displays the renewal cycle, price or calculation method, estimated deduction time, and closing method, and you retain the option to auto-renewal and authorize payment. You authorize the payment service provider to use the saved payment token to collect payments for each new cycle, and authorize Yoveya to create the corresponding renewal order.
8.3 Reminders, Deductions, and Cancellations
- We plan to send in-station or email reminders about 72 hours before the renewal deduction, and usually initiate the deduction about 48 hours before the current period expires; If product pages or local laws require different items, the more specific rules shall prevail.
- You can turn off auto-renewal in "My Subscriptions." Closures usually take effect for future cycles, with current paid interests lasting until maturity.
- When the payment has entered the irreversible deduction stage or the supplier fulfillment phase, cancellation may only halt subsequent cycles; Errors or unauthorized deductions can still be applied for investigation.
- If the deduction fails, we can reasonably retry and notify you; If the subscription ultimately fails, it will terminate after the current cycle ends.
- If there is a substantial change in renewal pricing, we will notify you in advance according to applicable laws and obtain re-consent if necessary.
9. Cancellation, refund, and correction
9.1 Instant Fulfillment of Digital Content
Digital top-ups and subscriptions may be fulfilled immediately or shortly after payment. Where permitted by law, you may request immediate fulfillment when placing your order and confirm that once you recharge, activate, disclose code, or deliver digital rights, you may lose the right to cancel solely due to change of mind. This rule does not affect non-exclusive statutory quality, error correction, refunds, or other consumer rights.
9.2 Situations that are generally acceptable
- Payment has been made but Yoveya or the supplier confirms it cannot be fulfilled.
- Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or no valid orders generated after receipt of the same order.
- The actual delivery does not match the substance of the order, and is not caused by incorrect information, equipment, or third-party account status provided by you.
- Applicable laws, payment network rules, or our explicit commitment on the product page require a refund, replacement, or correction.
9.3 Situations where refunds are generally not granted
- Recharged, activated, or digital rights have been properly delivered simply due to change of mind, disrespite of need, or not used in a timely manner.
- You have incorrectly entered the game, UID, server server, platform, region, tier, quantity, or contact information, and the fulfillment is irreversible.
- Unable to use due to violations of third-party rules, account bans, region/device incompatibility, shared or leaked credentials.
- Exchange rate changes, external fees charged by the issuing bank/wallet, or fees not charged by Yoveya.
- Digital rights that have been consumed, transferred, exchanged, or whose remaining status cannot be verified, unless otherwise required by law.
9.4 Application and Processing
- Submit the order number, issue description, and necessary evidence through the order details or customer service; Do not provide full card numbers, CVVs, or account passwords.
- We verify payment and fulfillment results with payment channels or suppliers, and request additional documents if necessary.
- Upon confirmation, re-performance, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other remedies required by applicable law may be taken.
- Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. We will initiate without improper delay after approval; The actual posting is determined by the bank or payment service provider and may take up to about 30 days.
10. Refusal to pay, risk control, verification, and sanctions
If you believe the transaction is unauthorized or contains errors, please contact us first for a quick verification. You still reserve the right to raise disputes with the issuing bank or payment service provider in accordance with the law. Repeated claims, refund refusals, false statements, or abuse of payment disputes may lead to order suspension, account restrictions, evidence submission to payment channels, or legal recovery.
To prevent fraud, money laundering, account theft, payment abuse, or sanctions against violations, we may restrict transactions, require verification of payment ownership/identity, cancel unfulfilled orders, freeze suspicious refunds, or report to the authorities. Verification should follow the principles of necessity and data minimization. You may not use the service from restricted areas, on behalf of sanctioned entities, or in ways that circumvent the law.
11. User content and comments
Users who complete their orders can submit ratings, reviews, and images according to the features. You retain the content rights, but grant Yoveya a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to operate, display, translate, review, and promote services; This license exists only after content is removed, as required for backup, auditing, legal purposes, or published materials.
- Content must accurately reflect the experience and must not falsify transactions, manipulate ratings, or accept undisclosed compensation.
- Do not post illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, pornographic, malicious, fraudulent, advertising, spam, or personal information of others.
- We can conduct reviews, refuse publication, hide or delete violating content, and retain necessary review records.
- Public comments may display nicknames or anonymous identifiers; Please do not include UID, email, order number, payment information, or account proof before posting.
12. Prohibited behavior
- Violating laws, third-party rights, game/subscription rules, export controls, or sanctions requirements.
- Fraudulent payments, account theft, money laundering, cash-out, unauthorized resale, or circumvention of region/purchase restrictions.
- Using bots, scripts, crawlers, or bulk requests to buy quickly, manipulate inventory/price/reviews, or for search indexing beyond public permission.
- Disrupting platforms, bypassing security controls, detecting vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, spreading malicious code, or unauthorized data access.
- Impersonating others, submitting false information, harassing customer service or other users, or posting others' private and confidential information.
- Reproduction, mirroring, or commercial use of website content or trademarks, unless permitted by law or with written permission.
13. Intellectual property
The Yoveya website, software, interface, text, graphics, database orchestration, brand, and related content are owned by Yoveya or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use only for access to and purchase of services under these terms.
Third-party games, applications, characters, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders and are used solely to identify compatible products. Purchasing top-ups or subscriptions does not transfer such intellectual property; you only receive limited digital rights under the rules of the publisher or provider.
14. Third-party services
Payment, login, gaming, subscription, top-up, and activation services may be provided by third parties. We will reasonably select and manage partners, but do not control the ongoing availability, account policies, maintenance, content changes, or independent conduct of third-party platforms. For matters handled by third parties, we will assist within reasonable limits but will not assume any third-party liability beyond what is prohibited by law.
15. Suspension, termination, and account cancellation
If there is reasonable grounds to believe that the account is fraudulent, security risky, illegal, violates these terms, disputes over payments, or risks of sanctions may harm the user/platform, we may suspend orders, functions, or accounts; In emergencies, advance notice may be waived, but reasons will be explained and a review channel provided when permitted by law and safe to proceed.
You can apply to cancel your account. Pending payment, pending activation, pending orders, refunds/chargebacks, or active auto-renewal may need to be resolved first. Cancellation does not cancel established payment obligations or third-party subscriptions, nor does it require the deletion of legally required transaction, tax, audit, anti-fraud, and dispute records. After termination, the payment, intellectual property, liability, dispute, and other terms that should remain valid by nature remain in effect.
16. Disclaimer and statutory protection
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "available." We do not guarantee that the service will never be interrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that all third-party products will be permanently available; However, we will provide our responsible services with reasonable skill and care, and fulfill the statutory consumer protections that cannot be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including:Fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury or death due to negligence, or applying compulsory rights granted by consumer law.
17. Limitation of liability and compensation
To the extent permitted by law, Yoveya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses of profits, business, opportunities, goodwill, or data, provided such losses were not reasonably foreseeable or not directly caused by our breach of obligations.
For claims directly related to a single order, to the extent permitted by law, our cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Yoveya by that order; For service claims unrelated to the order, cumulative liability does not exceed the total amount you paid Yoveya in the 12 months prior to the claim. The above limits do not apply to liability prohibited by law.
If Yoveya suffers third-party claims or reasonable losses due to your intentional or negligent violation of these terms, illegality, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized use of others' accounts/payment methods, you shall bear the corresponding liability within the scope permitted by law. This clause does not require consumers to compensate for losses caused by Yoveya's own fault.
18. Uncontrollable
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, payment/issuer/telecom failures, cyberattacks, widespread power outages, or supplier outages. We will take reasonable measures to mitigate the impact; If a paid order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time, cancellation, refund, or alternative options will be provided in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
19. Policy updates, notices, and language
We may update these terms due to changes in services, suppliers, or laws. The new version will have the effective date indicated; Major changes will be notified in advance via the website, internal notifications, or email in accordance with applicable laws. Changes do not retroactively reduce the right to cut established orders unless required by law or expressly agreed to by you. Continued use of the changed service implies acceptance of terms applicable to future use.
Terms may be available in multiple languages.
